Supplement your science curriculum with hands-on and fun nature experiences. Children will be separated in groups by age to enhance their learning development. Each week’s lesson will focus on a different topic and include games, projects, activities, and hikes. Meet other home school families while kids strengthen their knowledge and appreciation for the environment. Homeschool 2017 Subjects
March- Weather- This program will introduce concepts of weather such as clouds, wind and rain. Participants will engage in activities and experiments having to do with the different aspects of weather.
April- Water- Water is all around us and in us! Students will focus on the role water plays in our everyday lives.
May- Sun- Feel the warmth of Spring! The sun is the center of our solar system, and we will be focusing on different aspects- from its make-up to the heat it brings us.
June- Simple machines- The participants will be learning about different simple machines, making these machines, and learning the different uses they have in our every day lives.
