See what it takes to run a 150-acre Urban Nature Preserve during this intensive week of land and stream clean-up, conservation issue discussion, bio-blitz and other eco-friendly activities. See if you have what it takes to become a Naturalist or Land Stewart at Flat Rock Brook.
Junior Naturalists will need to bring/wear quality hiking shoes, no sandals or crocs, light rain jacket, refillable water bottle, hat, bug repellant, sunscreen, lunch and snack. This group may be off trail during the day so please wear long pants, high socks, and lighter colors. Be aware this group may come in contact with poison ivy and/or ticks and mosquitos - as always we will do our best to limit exposure, clean regularly, and check for ticks periodically during the day.
