Join us for a brief introduction to the Geology of Flat Rock Brook and Bergen County. Dr. Mike Passow, a trustee at Flat Rock Brook and renowned science educator, will take us on a walk through history and help us to understand the unique geology of our region.

Dr. Passow is a long-time Englewood resident,  taught at Dwight Morrow High School for several years and is the founder of Earth2Class, a professional development program for teachers at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University. He has been honored for his exemplary work in science education and geology many times throughout his career. We are honored to have Dr. Passow serving as a trustee at Flat Rock Brook.
