Director of Operations:
The Director of Operations (DO) is responsible for the oversight and operation of all mission-based Education and Land Resource Management department activities. The DO is expected to be knowledgeable in environmental education and land resource management activities, develop and maintain efficient operating systems, and manage a professional staff of educators and buildings and grounds staffers to deliver the Nature Association’s mission to the community within budget. Land, Building & Grounds Manager:
The Land, Building and Grounds Manager is responsible for the oversight and operation of all land resource management and building activities at Flat Rock Brook Nature Center. The Land, Buildings and Grounds Manager is expected to be knowledgeable in facilities and grounds management activities, and manage a professional staff of land stewards, buildings and grounds staffers while also supervising the work of numerous volunteers to deliver our land resource management mission goals.
